TrueBlue Exhibits specializes in designing, building and delivering custom trade show booths & provides factory direct LED video wall rentals.

They had issues with the previous company that plummeted their website traffic. I removed duplicate content from the website, added SEO optimized content, fixed technical issues and other issues.

I increased monthly clicks from 100 to 900+ in 4 months, monthly visits from 200 to 3.2K and successfully ranked more than 300+ keywords on Page 1. I followed a specific marketing strategy with focus on key services to overcome the competition and rank better.

GMB Ranking in Local Map Pack

This Illinois-based water and fire damage restoration company needed to expand local visibility well beyond its immediate vicinity to capture more emergency service searches.

At the start of the campaign, map pack rankings were limited and inconsistent outside a small radius around the physical location. I executed a targeted local SEO strategy focused on improving Google Map Pack performance across the company’s full service area.

This included optimising the Google Business Profile, strengthening proximity, relevance, and authority signals, refining service and location targeting, and aligning on-page local SEO elements to support map visibility.

As a result, the company achieved dominant map pack rankings across a wide geographic area, with grid tracking showing consistent #1 positions for water damage and fire damage restoration searches spanning multiple cities and miles outside their physical address.

Even in outer service areas, rankings remained highly competitive, demonstrating strong local authority and geographic reach. This expansion in map visibility significantly increased exposure for high-intent emergency searches and positioned the company as a leading restoration provider throughout their market

Local Map Pack Dominance

AI Visibility Growth for a Service Business

A service-based business wanted to improve its visibility across AI search platforms and conversational engines where customers increasingly look for recommendations.

While the company had a functional website and some traditional SEO presence, it rarely appeared in AI-generated responses or AI-assisted search results. I implemented a focused Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategy designed to strengthen the brand’s presence within AI models and answer engines.

The campaign focused on improving entity signals, optimizing structured content, strengthening citation sources, and aligning on-site content with the question-based queries commonly used in AI search.

Key pages were restructured to improve semantic clarity, while informational content was expanded to better match high-intent prompts. I also strengthened external mentions and authoritative references to help AI systems better recognize the brand. Within a few months, the company saw a significant improvement in AI visibility.

The AI visibility score increased from 33.3% to 79.5%, detection rates improved substantially, and the brand began appearing consistently in AI-generated recommendations and responses related to its services.

In this project, I conducted a detailed performance audit to identify Core Web Vitals and page speed issues affecting the website’s user experience. The focus was on diagnosing slow load times, render-blocking resources, and inefficient asset delivery.

I optimized the website by removing unnecessary scripts, compressing assets, improving loading priorities, and applying best-practice performance optimizations. These improvements helped reduce load time and enhanced overall responsiveness, especially on mobile devices.

As a result, the website achieved significantly better performance scores and smoother user interaction. The improvements were validated through PageSpeed Insights reports, confirming faster load times and improved Core Web Vitals metrics.

Core Web Vitals Optimization of Permutable

In this project, the website was struggling with poor mobile and desktop performance. The initial PageSpeed score was 33, with high Total Blocking Time and slow Largest Contentful Paint, which was directly affecting user experience and conversions.

I optimized the site by reducing heavy scripts, deferring unused JavaScript, improving image delivery, and cleaning up unnecessary CSS. I also worked on server-side improvements and caching to minimize load time and blocking resources.

As a result, the mobile performance score improved from 33 to 99, with LCP reduced to 2.0s and Total Blocking Time dropped to just 30ms — creating a fast, smooth, and conversion-friendly experience.
